We focus on 3 main areas - Process Serving and Field Calls, Repossessions and Surveillance.
We can serve any court document, inluding - Serving Divorce Applications, Financial Matters & Parenting Orders, Summonses and Subpoenas, Minor Case and General Procedure Claims, Means Inquiry Summonses, Writ of Summons Creditor’s Petitions & Statutory Demands For Payment of Debt Bankruptcy Notices, School Prohibition Orders and Default Notices.
We do offer discounts for repeat customers. We also offer a discount of 10% for all eligible Australian Healthcare Card holders.
Although our price list is generally fixed, if you can supply us with a quote from a competitor that is cheaper, we will beat it by 10%
Please note that these prices are for the Perth Metropolitan Area only. Please call us on 1300 599 001 or email us using the contact form on this site to get a quote for service outside the Perth Metro area.
All prices listed are EXCLUDING GST.


Please include the following when forwarding documents to us:

-A cover letter addressed to Elite Document Services instructing us to act on your behalf. Please ensure your letter clearly outlines the name of the Defendant/Respondent or other party being served, the address the process server will be attending and any additional information that may assist in getting your document served, including the Defendant/Respondents employment or alternative address and contact telephone numbers. Your letter must also contain your full name, address, email address and contact telephone numbers.


-A photograph of the Defendant/Respondent (if available) that may be later filed at the Court. This is important in family law matters as the photograph may be annexed to the affidavit of service. It is also important to include a photograph so that the Process Server may identify the Defendant/Respondent if it is believed that they will attempt to deny their identity, or refuse to sign the Acknowledgement Of Service.


-Payment. Unless you have an ongoing account with Elite Document Services, affidavits of service and affidavits of service attempts shall only be released to you once we have received full payment.

PROCESS SERVING AND FIELD CALLS

Family Law Documents from $120.00
For personal process service of all Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia and Family Court of Western Australia documents, including Divorce, Parenting Cases, Recovery Orders, Initiating Applications, etc.

Personal Process Service $90.00
Documents from various courts requiring personal process service including Summonses, Petitions, Notices, Statements, Subpoena, Applications, etc.

Non-Personal Process Service $80.00
Any document that does not require personal process service including Complaints, Claims and Subpoenas where the document can be served on any resident home over 18 years of age.

Field Calls $80.00
Attending to addresses on behalf of Solicitors, Mercantile Agents, Insurance Companies and Government Departments to assist in the recovery of outstanding debts, viable asset determination, address and contact information.

Conduct Money -
Where appropriate, conduct money will be provided by us and billed to you.

Skip Tracing $70.00
Our Skip Tracing services start at $70 per name. We have a large number of tools available to us to help track down your missing people. We can also conduct field calls to previous/potential new addresses. These are charged under our Field Call rate listed above.

Urgent Service $40.00
There is a charge for files needing to be served same day or the next day. This charge is to be added to the service fee.
